Warranty Registration
We are an authorised retailer appointed by the official distributor. All products sold by our store in Hong Kong and Macau come with a one-year official warranty, and all warranty services are handled solely by the official distributor. When requesting warranty service, you must present the relevant purchase receipt. The warranty period starts from the purchase date shown on the receipt or the delivery date shown on the delivery note. Please register your product warranty within 7 days of receiving the product. The registration method is subject to the warranty card included with the product.
7-Day Defective Product Replacement
- Unless the product itself is defective or damaged, all products purchased from Happycooking are not eligible for return, refund, order cancellation, or exchange.
- We are unable to offer an exchange if the product has been damaged, scratched, stained, or otherwise affected due to improper use by the customer or during the unpacking process.
- If, after purchase, the product does not meet personal preference or quality expectations, we regret that returns or exchanges will also not be accepted.
- To avoid disputes, we recommend that customers inspect the product upon delivery or on the same day of receipt.
- Replacement products must be of the same model, including the same colour.
- If you receive a defective product, please email photos or videos showing the product quality issue, defect details, and the product serial number (if applicable) to order@happycooking.hk within 7 days of receipt. Replacement will only be arranged as an exception after the product has been confirmed to be defective.
- Please ensure that all accessories, manuals, packaging, shipping documents, and receipts are complete.
- If no issue is reported within 7 days after receipt, we will not be able to arrange a replacement product or accessory due to cosmetic damage or missing accessories.
- We also reserve the right to test the product first to verify the issue before arranging any replacement.
1-Year Official Warranty
If any issue arises during use, please contact the official distributor using the contact details stated on the warranty card. If repair service is required, customers must bring the product to the designated service centre themselves for handling.

The warranty period starts from the purchase date shown on the receipt or the delivery date shown on the delivery note. Please register your product warranty within 7 days of receiving the product. The registration method is subject to the warranty card included with the product.
7-Day Inspection Period - Defective Product Replacement
If the product itself is defective, or if a defect has occurred during transit, the customer must notify us within the 7-day inspection period from the date of receipt. The time of receipt shall be based on the collection time shown in the courier tracking record. Customers must provide photos as proof and email them to order@happycooking.hk with a brief explanation of the issue. Once the product is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange a replacement, and the shipping cost will be borne by us. Please note that replacement items will be sent by standard mail only.
Once the 7-day inspection period has passed, exchanges will no longer be accepted, and the order will enter the remaining 23-day warranty period. Please refer to the following section for warranty details.
In addition, if the product has already been used, product replacement will not be accepted. If any issue with the product itself is found after opening, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible within the inspection period for further arrangement. (Please make sure to keep the receipt enclosed with the parcel.)
30-Day Peace-of-Mind Warranty - Return for Repair
All orders are covered by a 30-day warranty period starting from the date the customer receives the shipment. The time of receipt shall be based on the collection time shown in the courier tracking record. If any product damage is found during the warranty period, customers may choose to return the item to our warehouse, and we will arrange free repair through the official distributor’s service centre. The shipping cost for returning the item to our warehouse must be paid by the customer. After the repair is completed, we will send the product back by standard mail at our expense. Please note that standard mail may take a longer time for delivery.
